My Computer Gets Hack A Lot Even Though I ...

My computer gets hack a lot even though I have Virus protection. I the believe leak in my Bright House service. Because if I check there are sometimes too many computers on my network. Had to restore it several times even factory restore. Now I notice this my this site website acts funny as well. I had to reset the password, I was trying to imagine I was going crazy. However, now I see it was not the case. This town is small, I even had interference on my cell phone by a voice I heard before, let my Father listen to prove I am not going crazy. Not sure how long this account was hack, hopefully no one got weird or rude emails. By the way my computer was bought in August of last year, so it is not too old. I used the same password on sites that seem safe.
