If the grandmother is saved, you can tell them that she will be in Heaven, where there will be no more sickness, aging or death. And if your children are believers,you can confort them more by telling them that this is just temporary,and that they will see her again, never to depart anymore.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
