my career is stagnent. there are no elevations or career breakthroughs at all.I also suffer from fibrosis. the last time I visited a doctor, I was told that there are the size of a three month foetus and I need to be operated on but unfortunately that is impossible as I'm also hypertensive so its risky as chances are that I may not be able to wake up. my last request is if god of mercy could open up for me financial breakthroughs as my husband is unemployed. he lost his job six years ago
