Beloved Warrior
I ask for prayer support today for my older brother, Mike. He has such a hard life. He has been given a cup to drink that is very bitter and painful but because the Lord gave it to him, he will drink from it gladly and suffer in silence. To God be the glory. His grace is sufficient! Mike popped a rib yesterday and is struggling with severe pain. The pain medication takes off the edge but he cries out every time he moves. He has no money for a medical doctor or an emergency room. I do what I can but he won't allow me to pay for help. Stand with me please. Patti
Lord Jesus, you are the great physician. You are able to perform miracles where doctors on earth fail. Mike doesn't have the means to seek medical help. I ask you to touch him, to place your healing hand over the broken or fractured rib, to remove it from poking into his back muscle and to set it straight removing the stabbing pain that makes him cry out. Lord, cover him in your mercy. Pour out your grace. I lift Mike up and set him at the foot of your throne. I look up into your loving eyes. I know you have compassion for my brother. I ask for your help and your deliverance today. Give hiim your comfort as your wrap your loving arms around him. May your touch be all that he needs to get through this ordeal. I am not strong enough to watch him cry and I ask that you wipe away his tears and replace them with praise and thanksgiving. He loves you, Lord. He never blames you for any of his problems. He knows your timing is perfect and in your time, all things will be accomplished. He is willing to go through the pain because he believes in you but I ask that you give him relief - today!
