My brother in prison in depression and fear

Pray for my ### to get out of the prison custody.
Falsely accused of raping his ex-girlfriend and physically abusing her.
He is in prison since 22. january.
He has no criminal record, only some traffic tickets.
He is ###.
He loses hope and is depressed.
Doesn't want contact with me and my parents because it reminds him of the world outside.
He has fear that this woman will do something to him and to his children, that she is capable of horrible things and she will not let him go.
She is using drugs (cocaine) and has a history of using drugs. We suspect that she is involved in big drug dealing.
My ### wanted to leave her and she is getting revenge now.
Lord, please give my ### peace of mind, remove any fear, give him HOPE, FAITH, JOY, and PEACE in Jesus' name.
Lord, protect my ### from any evil and his whole family in Jesus' name.
