My brother in law filed fraudulent illegal paper work

My brother in law filed fraudulent illegal paper work with the government to impress my daughter in law and my daughter in law has been using my son to obtain a large amount of money. this kind of activity has been going on for 15 years and it needs to be exposed and prosecuted.
