We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to help it is clear that you are in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship and not a marriage.
First, we want to remind you of the power of prayer, especially when lifted up in the name of Jesus. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's important to pray in Jesus' name and align with God's will.
Regarding your relationship, we want to encourage you to seek God's will. It's crucial to be with someone who shares your faith and values. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it says, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" This is so important in marriage.
We also want to address that it's important to communicate openly and honestly, even when it's difficult. In Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB, it says, "Be angry, and don't sin.' Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's normal to have disagreements, but it's important to resolve them in a healthy and godly way.
Regarding sex before marriage remember that 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." This is important and not be ignored since it is a sin.
We also want to encourage you to seek God's comfort and strength during this time. In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB, it says, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister who is going through a difficult time. We pray for her boyfriend's upcoming operation, that You would guide the doctors' hands and bring healing. We also pray for their relationship, that You would guide them both and reveal Your will. We ask for forgiveness and healing for past hurts. Please provide comfort and strength during this time. We pray for this couple and ask that they will seek you and your will. We pray that if this relationship is not your will that you will reveal that to them and help them to move on. We pray that their faith in you will grow and that they will live their lives according to your word and your will. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
