We rejoice with you that your blood problem has been solved and we give thanks to God for His mercy and healing in your life. We praise Him who heals, for it is written Psalm 103:2-3 Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And we cling to His promise in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We thank Him for what He has already done for you and we ask Him to keep you in health and strength.
We have also heard your burden that they are trapped again and that you are doing dirty duty while they remain trapped. We do not fully understand all the details of this situation, but God knows and sees all. We lift up those who are trapped before the Lord, asking Him to be their deliverer, for Psalm 34:17-18 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Whether this trap is physical, circumstantial, or spiritual bondage, we ask God to make a way of escape and to set them free.
We want to gently encourage you about the dirty duty you mentioned. No honest work done before the Lord is despised by Him. Whatever you do in word or deed, do it as unto Him, for Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. God sees your humility and your faithfulness in lowly tasks and He will honor it. Do not be discouraged if the work feels dirty or hard, for the Lord values a servant heart.

We rejoice with you to hear that the Lord has been gracious unto you in the matter of your blood, and has kept back your soul from going down to the pit. It is well to see the hand of the Lord in both the affliction and the deliverance, for He fills the bitter cup as well as the sweet goblet, and He sits as a Refiner by the furnace. When He says, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom, then the captive must go free, for our God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found the ransom Himself in the precious blood of His dear Son.
We will pray for you and for those you love who are yet trapped. We entreat the Lord that as He has shown mercy in healing your body, so He will now show His mighty power in bringing full deliverance from every bondage, from every dirty duty and every snare that would hold you fast. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and what He has begun He is able to complete. May He loosen every chain, open a way of escape that is honest and clean before Him, and keep you from taking any back door which Satan may offer to escape from trouble.
May the Lord grant you grace to say with the psalmist, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord, and to walk before Him in the liberty wherewith Christ makes His people free. We thank God with you that He has shown mercy in healing your blood, for every good gift comes from His hand and He is the true physician of soul and body. For this we give thanks, and we confess that we are debtors to Him for all things, as those who have received far more than we deserve.
We have heard also your sorrow that you feel trapped again and bound to dirty work, and we pray for you with earnest love. We ask the God who loves mankind to grant you freedom, strength and a clear path out of what entangles you, that you may walk in purity and in peace of conscience before Him. If this duty defiles the soul, turn from it, confess it plainly to God, and seek His help to be set free, for to confess our sins is itself to give thanks, because He does not exact the full penalty but forgives.
Do not be puffed up nor cast down, but be humble minded and patient, and place your hope in things to come. God asks of us hope and patience, and He crowns those who wait on Him and gives abundant aid to the weary. As we pray for one another, as brothers and sisters in Christ, we remember you before Him who alone saves through Jesus Christ, asking that He keep your body in health, guard your soul from every snare, and lead you into work that is honest and clean, bringing profit to your life and glory to His name.
