We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort your beloved pupy is experiencing due to chronic cystitis. It's important to remember that God cares for all His creatures, including our pets. In the book of Matthew, it is written, "Look at the birds of the sky: they don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:26 WEB). If God cares for the birds, He certainly cares for your pupy as well.
However, it is crucial to ensure that you are doing everything in your power to provide the best care for your pupy. While we believe in the power of prayer and God's healing, we also recognize that God often works through medical professionals. It is important to take your dog to the vet as soon as possible, even if it is a chronic illness. The book of James tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14 WEB). While this verse refers to humans, the principle of seeking help and prayer applies to our pets as well.
Let us pray together for your pupy's healing and your strength:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved pupy to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your healing touch upon her, that You would ease her pain and restore her health. Guide her owner to the best veterinary care and give them the wisdom to make the right decisions for her well-being. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for comfort and strength for both the pupy and her owner during this time.
We also pray for the owner's faith to be strengthened, that they would trust in Your goodness and mercy. If they have not already, we pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. It is written that "in no other name [except Jesus Christ of Nazareth] is there salvation" (Acts 4:12 WEB). May they find peace and hope in Your promises.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Please, do not hesitate to take your pupy to the vet. Trust in God's goodness and provision, and know that He hears your prayers. Keep us updated on her progress, and we will continue to pray for her healing.
