My anxiety and stress. I am scared to sleep after not being able to wake up today. I also just had my second child and I feel that has a lot to do with my anxiety and stress. I am trying so hard to be a Christian and I feel like the devil is trying so hard to get in my way. I used to be a big party person and I don't want to go back to those ways. I want to raise my children the right way and show them the good in life but I'm having such a hard time with my anxiety and it scares me so much.

JOIN A GOOD CHURCH!! Join one with lots of children's activities. Center your family's life around church and school and family activities. Make friends with your children's friends' parents at church. You will gain a support group and your time will be spent with your new friends.

My dear ### hand everything to God we usually have anxiety because we try to do everything with our own strength and after a while we get weary and feel tired and that brings anxiety to us. ### remember God is our strength. He will provide strength, he has given us The Holy Spirit to guide and teach us we have such a great gift that will lead us to the right pathway and will never leave us. That is why ### hand everything to God because we can't set our selves free only God can..
