Please pray for me. I have Sjogren's Syndrome that is affecting so many parts of my life. I am lacking in sleep and lacking energy, let alone the other bad parts. I have ### children and don't feel I can do my job very well. My dad also had surgery to remove cancer and I would love to hear he is cancer free on Friday. Thank you
