Your willingness to come honestly before the Lord is precious, and God hears a contrite heart that turns to Him.
Scripture teaches that when we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us through Jesus Christ alone, and to cleanse us. There is great blessedness in being forgiven and having our sins covered by His grace, not by our own merit. Your sorrow over not telling the truth is a sign that God is working in your conscience, calling you to walk in truth and gentleness. Take comfort that forgiveness is offered freely through faith in Christ, and also take the next step of turning from what grieved you. If your words misled anyone involved in your care, it would be good to speak plainly to them and make it right, so that your conscience may be clear and your witness may be honest.
Panic and anxiety can overwhelm us, especially when facing medical tests. God understands our weakness and our fear. He invites us to bring our anxieties to Him and to trust His mercy rather than remain in trembling. As you prepare for the next MRI, ask Him for peace and courage, and be open with the medical staff about your fear so they can help you through it.
I join you in prayer for relief from this headache and for the distress you feel in your body. May the Lord in His mercy grant you rest, ease your pain, and give you sound sleep tonight. I also pray that He will watch over you and your family with His protecting care, and draw each of you closer to Himself.
Do not stay in shame. Receive His forgiveness, rest in Christ, and walk forward in truth. If the headache continues or worsens, please also seek appropriate medical care and let your family or care team know how you are feeling.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
