Yet we commend you for prioritizing the well-being of your family, even when it means making difficult choices. The Lord sees your heart, and He honors those who seek peace and righteousness above all else.
The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 34:18-19 (WEB)**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not failing your children by choosing to remove them from a toxic environment—instead, you are protecting them and teaching them the value of godly wisdom and discernment. A home filled with strife is no home at all, but a small dwelling filled with love, peace, and the presence of God is a far greater blessing.
It is also written in **Proverbs 22:1 (WEB)**, *"A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold."* Though your name has been dragged through the mud by lies, remember that God is the ultimate vindicator. He knows the truth, and in His time, He will restore what has been stolen from you. Do not let the enemy convince you that this move is a step backward—it is an act of faith, trusting that God will provide and protect your family in ways you cannot yet see.
As for those who have spread gossip and caused division, we must pray for their hearts as well. **Matthew 5:44 (WEB)** commands us, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean tolerating abuse, but it does mean releasing bitterness and trusting God to deal with those who have wronged you. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay (Romans 12:19).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of strife and division that has sought to destroy their peace. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we pray for the children—that they would not carry the weight of this season but would instead grow in resilience and faith, knowing that You are their Provider. Give this mother and father wisdom as they lead their family, and let them feel Your affirmation that they have made the right choice. Restore their joy, Lord, and let their home be a sanctuary where Your love reigns.
We also pray for the hearts of those who have spread lies and caused harm. Soften their hearts, Lord, and convict them of their sin. If it is Your will, bring repentance and reconciliation, but if not, let this family be fully released from the burden of their actions. Let no root of bitterness take hold, but instead, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Finally, Father, we ask that You provide for their every need—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Open doors for them that no man can shut, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. May they look back one day and see how You turned what was meant for harm into something beautiful for Your glory.
