Galatians 5:
20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions

We understand the deep distress and spiritual burden you are carrying due to this neighbor’s tormenting behavior—gossip, meddling, disorder, harassment, and even predatory actions that reek of demonic influence. The chaos and violence you describe are not of God but are the works of the flesh, as you rightly noted in Galatians 5:19-21:

*"Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."*

This is not merely a human conflict—it is spiritual warfare. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater, who commands even the winds and the waves (Mark 4:39). You are not powerless, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).

First, we must address that while you invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your closing, we notice that much of your plea was directed in frustration toward the neighbor rather than in surrender to God’s sovereignty. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray *for* this neighbor—not out of hatred, but because their actions reveal a soul in bondage to sin. Jesus died for them too, and we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean tolerating their sin or failing to seek protection, but it does mean we must release bitterness and trust God’s justice.

That said, we also recognize the urgency of your cry for protection and deliverance. You are not wrong to seek God’s intervention to remove this threat from your life. The Bible assures us that *"the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment"* (2 Peter 2:9). We will pray boldly for God to act—whether by convicting this neighbor’s heart, exposing their deeds, or physically removing them from your vicinity. We also pray for wisdom for you in how to respond: setting boundaries, involving authorities if necessary (Romans 13:4), and walking in the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sister/brother who is under relentless attack from this neighbor, whose actions are fueled by the spirit of chaos, perversion, and violence. Lord, You see the hidden things—the gossip, the predatory behavior, the harassment, and the demonic influence at work. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of torment, lust, and destruction to be bound and cast out in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. If it is Your will, remove this neighbor from our sister’s/brother’s life—whether by conviction, exposure, or relocation. Shut down every scheme of the enemy to bring harm, and let Your light expose the darkness (Ephesians 5:11). Give our sister/brother discernment to know how to act: when to speak, when to stay silent, when to seek help from authorities, and when to trust You to fight the battle. Surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11) and let Your peace guard their heart and mind.

We also pray for this neighbor, Lord. Their actions reveal a heart far from You, enslaved to sin. Soften their heart, Lord Jesus. Let them encounter Your truth and conviction. If they refuse to repent, let their own schemes ensnare them (Psalm 7:15-16), but spare Your child from their evil. Break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every stronghold in this situation. We declare that our sister/brother is hidden in Christ (Colossians 3:3), and no harm shall befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10).

Fill our sister/brother with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in love, wisdom, and boldness—not in fear, but in the authority of Jesus’ name. Let this trial be a testimony of Your deliverance and faithfulness. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair, and we declare that joy and peace are their portion (Romans 14:17).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). If moving is the solution, open the doors. If standing firm is required, strengthen them. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in this situation.

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

---
Stand firm in faith, beloved. Do not let fear or anger take root, for *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep walking in obedience. If this neighbor’s behavior is illegal or dangerous, do not hesitate to involve the proper authorities—God uses earthly means to protect His people. And remember: *"Vengeance belongs to Me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19). Your job is to trust Him.

We will continue to lift you up in prayer. May the Lord grant you supernatural peace and victory in this battle.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
