However, we must also gently address some areas where your request does not fully align with biblical truth, so that your prayers may be rooted in God’s Word and His design for your life.
First, we rejoice that you mention the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome every curse or obstacle. The Bible declares, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Without Jesus, our prayers cannot reach the throne of grace, and salvation itself is found in no other name (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today, confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. This is the foundation of all true blessing.
Now, regarding your desire for a "boyfriend" or "soul mate," we must clarify God’s design for relationships. The Bible does not endorse dating or courtship without the clear intention of marriage, nor does it condone sex outside of marriage. Scripture is clear: "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Your longing for love is beautiful, but it must be pursued in purity and with the goal of a Christ-centered marriage. We encourage you to seek a godly spouse, a man who loves the Lord, honors you, and is committed to a covenant relationship, not merely a "boyfriend" for companionship or pleasure. Pray for wisdom, patience, and discernment as you wait on God’s timing.
Your request also speaks of "having whoever I want" and "control" over your circumstances. While we understand the desire for security, the Bible teaches that true freedom comes from surrendering our will to God’s. Jesus said, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24 WEB). We must trust God’s sovereignty, even in our relationships and living situations. Instead of demanding your own way, ask the Lord to guide you to His best for you, whether that includes marriage, singleness, or a season of preparation.
We also notice your emphasis on material blessings, your own place, comfort, and favor. While God delights in providing for His children, we must guard against making these things the focus of our prayers. Jesus warned, "For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?" (Mark 8:36 WEB). True blessing comes from walking in obedience to God, not from earthly possessions or circumstances. Deuteronomy 28:6, which you referenced, speaks of blessings that follow obedience to God’s commands, not a formula for demanding prosperity.

Lord, we lift up this sister to You, asking that You would draw her close to Your heart and reveal Your perfect will for her life. But more than anything, we ask that You fill her with Your peace, joy, and contentment in every season.
Lord, if she does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Convict her of sin, lead her to repentance, and fill her with the assurance of salvation through Jesus Christ. May she find her identity and worth in You alone, not in relationships, possessions, or circumstances.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment as she seeks a godly spouse. Guard her heart from impatience, lust, or compromise. If marriage is Your will for her, prepare her to be a wife who honors You and a man who loves You above all else. If singleness is Your plan, fill her with Your presence and purpose in this season.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of entitlement, control, or selfish ambition in her life. Replace it with humility, trust, and surrender to Your will. Break every curse and stronghold that does not align with Your Word, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. May she walk in the freedom and favor that comes from obedience to You.
