We understand that you're dealing with a situation where evil words are being spoken, causing harm and discord. Let's address this issue together in the light of God's Word and pray for resolution.
Firstly, it's important to recognize the power of the tongue. James 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things. See how small a fire can set aflame a great forest! And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by hell." The tongue can indeed cause great harm, and it's clear that this situation is an example of that.
We must rebuke the spirit of gossip, meddling, and false prophecy that is at work. These actions are not from God and are causing strife and damage to reputations. Ephesians 4:29 (WEB) tells us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We should speak words that build up, not tear down.
It's also crucial to address the issue of false prophecy. God's Word warns us about false prophets and the danger they pose. Matthew 7:15 (WEB) says, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves." We must test every spirit to see if it is from God.

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names. We bring this situation to You, asking for Your intervention. We rebuke the evil spirit that is causing division, gossip, and false prophecy. We bind the spirit of deceit and loosen the spirit of truth in Jesus' name.
Lord, we pray for the individuals involved. We ask that You would soften their hearts and reveal to them the harm they are causing. We pray that they would repent and turn to You, seeking Your will and Your ways.
Father, we also pray for protection. Protect the reputations of those being harmed. Vindicate them and restore what the locusts have eaten in Jesus' name.
Lord, we ask that You would fill the mouths of those involved with words of life and truth. Help them to speak words that build up and not tear down.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your power. We trust that You are at work in this situation and that You will bring resolution and restoration.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to speak the truth in love. Stand firm in your faith and trust that God is at work. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved and we believe that everyone should know this truth. (Acts 4:12 (WEB)) "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
