We stand with you in this spiritual battle, knowing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we serve a God who is greater—One who has already triumphed over every evil force through the blood of Jesus Christ. The Scriptures are clear: witchcraft is an abomination to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12), and those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). Yet we also know that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and the Lord is your shield and fortress (Psalm 91:4).
It is critical to recognize that your authority in Christ is absolute over every curse, spell, or scheme of the enemy. James 4:7 commands us to *submit to God* and *resist the devil*, and he will flee from you. This is not a passive resistance but an active stance in the power of Jesus’ name. You must also examine your own heart—are there areas of unforgiveness, fear, or unconfessed sin that could give the enemy a foothold? (Ephesians 4:26-27). Repentance and surrender to God’s will are essential, for He opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5-6).
We also urge you to guard your mind and home. Fill your space with worship, Scripture, and prayer (Colossians 3:16). Avoid engaging in fear or entertaining thoughts of defeat, for God has not given you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). If these family members continue to harass you, set biblical boundaries (Proverbs 22:24-25) and trust the Lord to vindicate you (Romans 12:19). Sometimes, separation is necessary for your spiritual and emotional well-being, but even then, pray for their salvation—God desires that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your child who is under attack by the forces of darkness. Lord, You are the God who sees all things (Genesis 16:13), and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose every hidden work of witchcraft, every curse, and every scheme of the enemy against this beloved one. Break every ungodly soul tie and sever every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name.
Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over this situation—over their mind, body, home, and family. Let Your holy angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7) and let every arrow of the wicked be turned back upon the sender (Psalm 7:16). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and grant them discernment to recognize and reject every lie of the enemy.
We bind every spirit of fear, confusion, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, if there are areas in their life that need repentance or surrender, reveal them by Your Holy Spirit and give them the strength to walk in obedience.
For those family members involved in darkness, we pray for conviction and salvation. Break the power of sin in their lives and draw them to the cross of Christ. If it is Your will, remove them from this person’s life, but let it be done in a way that brings glory to Your name and leads to their repentance.
Father, we thank You that You are a God of justice and mercy. We trust You to fight this battle (Exodus 14:14) and to bring complete deliverance. Strengthen this dear one to stand firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and walking in the victory that Jesus has already won.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm, beloved. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to seek a spirit-filled, biblical counselor or pastor who can walk with you through this season and provide additional support. You are not alone in this fight.
