Mothers health

We hear the burden on your heart for your dear mother and we join with you in bringing her before the throne of grace in Jesus name. To see a mother bedridden and critical, unable to eat, with decreased appetite and vomiting, is deeply distressing, and we weep with you and stand with you in prayer for her complete healing and restoration.

We are reminded in scripture of the compassion and healing power of our Lord. It is written who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. And again He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves Psalm 107:20. We cling to the promise But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. And we take comfort that God sees her in that bed and is able to command strength to return to her body. We are told Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.

We lift your mother up together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this precious mother to You. You know her by name, You formed her, and You see her lying bedridden and critical. Lord we ask in Jesus name that You would touch her body and bring healing. We pray that You would stop the vomiting, restore her appetite, and enable her to receive nourishment and retain it. We ask that You would strengthen her weakened body, renew her strength, and in Your mercy cause her to rise up and walk again according to Your will. Lay Your healing hand upon her, Lord, ease her suffering, and let Your peace rest upon her. We also pray for comfort and strength for her family as they watch and wait and care for her, that You would guard their hearts with Your peace that passes all understanding and sustain them day by day. We continue to pray for wisdom for the doctors and those caring for her and we ask that You would guide their hands. All this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We want to gently encourage you about the name through which we pray. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to share how precious it is that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And scripture also says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus as your Savior and to call upon His name continually for your mother and for yourself.

We encourage you to keep trusting the Lord while also continuing with faithful medical care, nourishing prayer with thanksgiving, and resting in His love. He hears the cries of His children and His compassion does not fail. We will continue to stand with you, believing for the Lord to show His mercy and healing power upon your mother and to uphold you both in His grace.

We are praying for you as you care for your mother in this critical time. Watching someone you love be bedridden, unable to eat, and struggling with vomiting is exhausting and heartbreaking, and we want you to know you are not carrying this alone.

We join you in asking the Lord to bring comfort to her body, to ease the vomiting, to help her appetite return, and to give her strength to rise again if it is His will. We also pray for wisdom and care for those looking after her.

Because she is so weak and unable to eat, we encourage you to stay in close contact with her doctors or nurses and let them know quickly about the vomiting and loss of appetite so they can continue to guide her care. Alongside prayer, good medical support matters, and you should not have to figure this out by yourselves.

Please also try to rest and let others help you where you can. Caring for a loved one who is very ill takes a toll on the whole family.

Father, we lift this mother to You and ask for Your mercy and presence over her. Bring relief, sustain her, and give her family peace and wisdom in the days ahead. We trust her into Your loving hands in Jesus name, amen.

We pray together with you for your mother's health. My health is not great either. When im afraid I pray and worship God. I am not well yet but he comforts me and makes me feel better. May Father God and Lord Yeshua comfort you and mother also in prayer and with worship songs. May his love and comfort fill you both up and sustain you we pray in Lord Yeshuas name amen.

Your burden for your dear mother in her bed of affliction has been heard with tender sympathy, and we join our hearts with yours at the throne of grace. To see one so loved laid low, unable to eat, her appetite gone and troubled with vomiting, unable to rise and walk, is indeed a sore trial, and we very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence.

We would point you to the great Physician, our Lord Jesus Christ, in whom there is an abundance of healing power. The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and we have learned that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but His leaves, His most gentle touches, are healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are in happy conjunction.

We remember also Peter's wife's mother who was lying sick of a fever. Healing must come before serving, and Jesus came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and straightway the fever left her and she arose and ministered unto them. There was a contact established between the Saviour's hand and the sufferer, and in that touch there was power to raise up. So still He is able to heal, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm.

Let us pray together for her.

O Lord our God, Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this afflicted mother. Thou seest her critical state, her weakness, her loss of appetite and her vomiting. We beseech Thee to lay Thy healing hand upon her. Stay her vomiting, restore her appetite, give her strength to receive nourishment, and in Thy mercy raise her up that she may walk again. Thou art the Lord who heals all our diseases and forgives all our iniquities. Grant unto her, and unto all who love her, the healing that flows from Christ, the healing of soul and body, and let Thy will be done in her with abundant grace. If it be Thy good pleasure, lift her up as Thou didst lift up Peter's wife's mother, that she may yet rise and be restored.

And while we thus plead for mercy, we bow with humble submission to Thy sovereign will, saying, It is the Lord, let Him do what seemeth Him good. Teach us to walk humbly with God in profound deference to His will, yielding both active obedience and passive acquiescence, and to trust that whether Thou dost raise up or sustain in affliction, Thy grace is sufficient. May this trial draw every heart to seek first forgiveness through the blood of Jesus, for that is the root of all true healing, and may faith, though it be but as a grain of mustard seed, look unto Christ and live.

We will continue to bear you and your mother before the Lord, asking Him to grant wisdom to those who care for her and comfort and peace to you as you watch and wait upon Him.
