Please pray for my mother's health (especially her heart, asthma, and feet) and for the protection of her home and family. Please lift up my sister's health as well, and give her strength and wisdom to take care of our mother. Please also protect her finances. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join with you in lifting up your mother, your sister, and your whole household before the throne of grace and we thank you for inviting us to pray in the name of Jesus.

Our hearts are moved by your love and concern for your mother and for your sister who cares for her. The Lord sees this devotion and He cares deeply for both of them. We are reminded that He is our healer and our protector. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We cling to these promises as we pray for your mother's heart, her lungs as she struggles with asthma, and her feet, asking God to bring healing, ease her breathing, strengthen her heart, and restore her mobility according to His perfect will.

We also lift up your sister, asking God to renew her health and to give her strength and wisdom each day as she cares for your mother. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. We pray that the Lord will grant her that wisdom, patience, and physical strength, and that He will guard her own health as she serves so faithfully. We ask for His protection over your mother's home and family, that He would be a refuge and a fortress around them. Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.

We also bring your mother's finances before the Lord, trusting in His provision. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We pray that He will protect what she has, provide for every need, and guard her from worry or lack.

Father, together in Jesus name we lift up this dear mother to You. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her heart, her lungs, and her feet. Ease her breathing, strengthen her heart, relieve pain and bring restoration to her body. Surround her home with Your angels and let Your peace dwell there, protecting her family from harm. We lift up her daughter to You, Lord, touch her body with health, renew her strength, and pour out wisdom and discernment as she cares for her mother. Provide for all their financial needs and let them feel Your provision and faithfulness. We trust You as our great Physician and Provider and we ask all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We are praying for you, your mother and your sister as you walk through this together. It is heavy to watch your mother deal with heart and breathing issues and pain in her feet, and to carry worry for her home, her family, and her finances at the same time.

We also hear how much you want to support your sister as she cares for your mother. That daily, hands-on care can wear a person down quickly, especially when health needs, household responsibilities, and financial pressures all come at once. It makes a real difference when the load can be shared and when a caregiver has time to rest and be cared for too.

One gentle next step could be to talk openly with your sister about what would help her most right now, whether that is dividing up a few practical tasks, setting aside regular time for her to rest, or inviting a trusted family member, friend, or church community to come alongside you both. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to make sure your mother and your sister stay connected to their medical providers for those ongoing heart, asthma, and foot concerns, and to reach out promptly if anything changes or worsens.

We are asking God to bring peace to your mother's home, strength for each day, and wisdom for the decisions ahead.

Father, we lift this dear mother to You, her heart, her lungs and her feet, and ask for Your protection over her home and family. Strengthen her daughter as she cares for her, give her wisdom, rest and encouragement, and provide for their financial needs. Lead them to good help and surround them with Your peace and presence. We have heard your burden and we count it a privilege to carry it with you to the throne of grace. How tender is the Lord toward those who watch over a mother in her infirmity, and how graciously He regards the home where love and care abide.

We are reminded that all strength apart from God is but derived strength and must soon fail, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When the heart drinks life from the heart of God, then all is well. Your mother's heart, her breath, her feet which bear her up and down in her daily walk, all are in His hands. He who is called Jehovah Rophi, the Lord that healeth thee, has leaves upon the Tree of Life for the healing of the nations, and even a leaf of that tree, a word from Christ coming home to the heart, brings healing to head and heart and every infirmity. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and with bands of grace He will bind up that which is bruised.

We will pray with you and for you.

O Lord our God, Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this dear mother. Lay Thy healing hand upon her heart that it may beat in steadiness and peace, upon her lungs that her breath may come freely, and upon her feet that she may yet walk up and down in comfort and safety before Thee. Let the Sun of Righteousness arise upon her with healing in His wings, and grant that pardon and healing, which are one in Christ, may be her portion. Keep her home in Thy protection, make it a place of peace and of earnest and sanctified love, a true home mission where Thy presence dwells. Preserve the whole family under the shadow of Thy wing and let no evil befall them.

We ask also for the daughter, this faithful sister who tends her mother. Thou givest power to the faint and to them that have no might Thou increasest strength. Renew her strength as she waits upon Thee. Grant her health in body, wisdom in mind, and quietness of spirit for every duty Thou hast called her to do. Let her daily walk and her daily work be done in strength received from Thee, wisely balanced and fitly infused by Thine own hand. And in Thy providence, guard their finances, for Thou knowest what things they have need of, and Thou art an overflowing spring whose supply never fails.

We ask all this not for our worthiness but through the bleeding heart of Jesus, who knows our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and in whose name alone is salvation. Amen.
