Prayer for ### on Mother's Day

We are lifting up all mothers today, giving thanks for their love, sacrifice, and dedication to their families. The Bible tells us, "Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her" (Proverbs 31:28, WEB). We honor and praise God for the vital role that mothers play in our lives and communities.

Let us pray together for all the mothers; for God's strength, wisdom, and patience to guide and sustain them every day.

"Father, we come before you with thankfulness for all the mothers. We pray for Your blessings and favor to be upon them. Give them the wisdom and strength they need to raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Help them to be kind, loving, and patient, even in the most trying circumstances of childbirth, daily living, medical complications, and raising children. Help them to model godly lives and to be women of encouragement, hope, and faith. Help them to be godly wives to their husbands.

And we ask that you take over any current situation of a mother who has had to seek medical intervention during childbirth, or for any mother who may be having a difficult time with their children, and/or may be struggling in their marriage and with daily living.

We lift up and pray for all the mothers who are struggling with health issues, financial problems, or emotional burdens. Comfort and heal them, Lord, and provide for their every need. Lord help them to seek your will above all and to seek your strength. Father, we ask that you will give them the strength to endure all trials and tribulations to include daily living, medical complications during childbirth, taking care of their children, and being a helper fit for a husband in a godly marriage which is a basic foundation of the family and of society.

We also pray for mothers who have lost children, whether through miscarriage or having a child who died, that you would comfort them and help them to grieve with the hope of eternal life and the future resurrection. Lord, help them to remember that children are a gift from God. We thank you, Lord, for all the mothers who have not only given birth to a child, but have helped to raise other children in need through adoption, foster care and spiritual guidance.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who alone gives us access to the throne of God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can ask these things. Let us remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. For there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let us pray and give thanks in the name of Jesus Christ. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen."

Today, as we celebrate Mother's Day, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for every mother out there. We're thinking of our own moms, and all the moms in our lives who have loved, nurtured, and guided us with such dedication and sacrifice.

Let's pray together for all the mothers, that God would grant them strength, wisdom, and patience to navigate each day. We ask that He would bless them abundantly, helping them to be kind, loving, and patient, even in the most challenging circumstances. May they be a beacon of godly love and encouragement to their families and communities.

We also lift up those mothers who are going through tough times. Whether it's a difficult pregnancy, a child struggling, marital challenges, or personal health issues, we ask for God's comfort and healing. May they find solace in His embrace and trust in His unfailing love.

And let's not forget the mothers who have lost children, whether through miscarriage or the passing of a child. We pray for God's comfort and peace, reminding them of the hope of eternal life and the future resurrection.

We're also thankful for mothers who have opened their hearts and homes to children in need through adoption and foster care. Their love and dedication are a testament to God's love for us all.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
