Mother in law victim mentality

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging time. It’s not easy living with someone who carries such a heavy spirit of complaint and victimhood, especially when you’re walking through your own deep valley of healing. We’ve been lifting you both before the Lord—asking Him to soften her heart to see His goodness and to strengthen you with His peace that surpasses understanding.

Father, we continue to pray that You would break the chains of negativity in her life and open her eyes to the blessings You’ve provided. We ask for wisdom for you, that You would guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with compassion as you navigate this season. Lord, we also pray for supernatural healing over the wounds you’ve endured, that Your presence would be a balm to your soul and a shield against the enemy’s lies.

If God has moved in this situation in any way—whether through a change in her attitude, a moment of gratitude, or simply sustaining you in your weakness—we would love to hear a praise report. If the burden still feels heavy, please know we’re here to keep interceding. We won’t stop praying until the Lord brings breakthrough, restoration, and His perfect peace.

May He draw near to you both, reveal His love in tangible ways, and remind you daily that you are not alone. We stand in faith with you, trusting that God is working even when we can’t see it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
