Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up your mother in law before the Lord, that He would lift her from laying in bed all day and give her strength and desire to get up, to eat and to take care of herself again. We understand how heavy it has been to see her do well just a week ago and now struggle again, and how difficult it is when you cannot check on her every day. We have also been praying for your husband and his job, that the Lord would secure his work and provide the rest of the money needed for the rent, for your landlord to respond with kindness and clarity about the correct rent increase and that it would not be more than you can bear, and for protection and peace when others are rude and dismiss your right to share your opinion.
We remember the promise in Phil 4:19 that our God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and we cling to 1 Pet 5:7 that we can cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us.
If your request was answered, whether your mother in law has regained strength to care for herself, your husband's job has been steadied and the rent provided, or your landlord has answered with a fair amount, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and you are still waiting for breakthrough in any of these areas, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
We pray together that the Lord will comfort and strengthen your mother in law, restore her appetite and daily care, provide for your husband's work and your financial needs, soften the hearts of your landlord and those around you, and give you peace and courage as you speak. We ask for wisdom for you and your husband and for rest from this burden. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
