Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We give thanks with you that God has not failed you once, and we praise His name in Jesus Christ His Son, for His faithfulness endures. We join you in prayer for your traveling this week and for the many hours you will spend for your family.
We ask the Lord to keep you in safety as you go, and to bring you home in peace. As one who commits himself to a ship and to a faithful pilot sails safely, so may you commit every mile to Christ who is our guide. Keep sober and wakeful on the road, traveling the narrow way with confidence because Jesus goes with you and before you.
May the Lord guard your going out and your coming in, keep you from all harm, and grant you rest and strength for the work you do for your family. We pray that He will make your path clear, give wisdom and alertness behind the wheel, and surround you with His protection. In Jesus name we ask this, trusting that He who is with you will keep you in safety. Amen.
