Beloved of All
Your desire to spend more quality time with Jesus Christ is itself a work of His grace in you, and it is right to bring it before the Father.
God does not desire only brief and hurried moments from us, but a deep and abiding communion. As Scripture teaches, we grow by staying near to Christ, listening to His word, speaking to Him in prayer, and walking with Him through the day. Quality time with Him is not measured only by minutes, but by attention of heart, by turning to Him with love and reverence.
Let us pray together for this.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for drawing this heart to seek more of Your presence. In the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, grant a greater hunger for Your word and for prayer, and make a way for quiet, undistracted time each day to be with You. Teach how to set aside what distracts, to listen with humility, and to remain faithful even when time is short or duties press. Fill this time with Your peace, shape the heart to love what You love, and let the knowledge of Christ grow deeper and more joyful. Keep this life close to Jesus, abiding in Him, and bearing fruit for Your glory. Amen.
Continue to seek Him daily. Choose a regular time and place to meet with Him, open the Scriptures with prayer, speak to Him honestly about all things, and remain still to listen. Even short moments turned fully to Him in the midst of daily work are precious, and He who sees in secret will bless the soul that seeks Him.
