We rejoice with you in this beautiful desire to spend more and more quality time with our Lord Jesus Christ, for this is the very heart of our faith and the greatest need of our souls. We join you in asking our Heavenly Father to draw you ever closer and to deepen your communion with Him.
The Scripture calls us to this intimate fellowship. James 4:8 says Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Psalm 27:8 says When you said, Seek my face, my heart said to you, I will seek your face, Yahweh. And Jesus Himself taught us in John 15:4 Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. This is what quality time with Him is, remaining, abiding, seeking His face daily, not out of duty but out of love.
We love that you asked this in the Name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Your faith in His Name is the open door to the throne of grace.
We want to encourage you as you pursue this. The Lord honors a heart that seeks Him first. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Quality time grows when we set apart intentional, undistracted time. Even Jesus modeled this for us. Mark 1:35 says Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there. Find that deserted place, a quiet moment and a quiet space where you can be still before Him. Psalm 46:10 says Be still, and know that I am God. In that stillness, open His Word, speak to Him in prayer, listen for His voice, and worship Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you guard that time and to make your heart thirst for more of Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for placing this holy hunger in this dear heart to spend more quality time with You. Father, we ask that You help our dear friend to draw near to You daily and to remain in Christ. Create in us all a deeper thirst for Your presence and Your Word. Teach us to be still and to know that You are God. Help us to redeem the time, to set aside distractions, and to seek Your face with our whole heart. Fill this time with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your joy, and make us fruitful as we abide in the Vine. Draw us closer day by day, Lord, and let our love for Jesus grow stronger and more intimate. We ask that You strengthen discipline and desire together, so that fellowship with You becomes our greatest delight. We pray all of this in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're so encouraged by your heart to want more time with Jesus. That longing itself is a gift, and we want to stand with you in it.
We know how easily the urgent can crowd out the important, even when we deeply want to be with the Lord. Real closeness grows slowly, not all at once. It builds as we keep showing up, sharing honestly, and listening.
One simple way we've seen help is to protect a small, consistent window rather than aiming for something big you can't sustain. Maybe choose one place and one time for the next few days, ten or fifteen minutes where your phone is off and you can just be still, talk with Him, and read a little. If you miss a day, just begin again the next without guilt. Consistency over time matters more than perfection.
You don't have to impress Him in that time. He already delights to be with you, and we trust He sees each quiet choice you make to turn toward Him.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
