More Prayer for Chris - Lord please direct his heart!

Dear Lord,

You know Chris’s heart right now. Help me to continue to be patient. Help me to WANT to wait and stand for our marriage. But you know that I am having a hard time putting up with his lack of attention to me. You know what he’s thinking, and I know you are still working. But when he comes home and doesn’t converse for the entire evening, it is so stressful.

Lord you know that our daughter's wedding is only 2 weeks away. Lord I pray that you will move in Chris, touch his heart, help him to see that our relationship can be renewed. Help him to know how to work on it, how to love me again. I thank you for bringing him home, but I pray that he becomes more open, attentive, and can find it in himself to love me again. If he doesn't feel moved between now and then, help the wedding, the words of the pastor, and the words of Your Word during the service to move him in a way that touches his soul and his heart and renews our love.

Thank you for merely blessing me with his presence and for him putting his wedding ring back on. But please help him to realize that his depression requires some type of intervention either medical or otherwise and that his heavy drinking is not going to fix anything.

Keep me focused on YOU Lord. And keep the WANT in me for my husband to stay. Help me to not give up!!! And to remember that he is worth waiting for....and YOU Lord are worth waiting on!

I too am in standing agreement to this prayer of Lisa's. Grant her desire Dear Lord, to place a intervention in Chris. Help him realize what this drinking is doing and what destruction it is causing. I pray Dear Lord, you provide a solution to Lisa and to Chris, for Chris, he is troubled. Dear Lord , he is drinking to feel numb. Dear Lord, help him to feel your love, and to feel Lisa's love. Give Lisa the direction and guidance, she needs to help Chris. Place in their hearts only Your Will.Give Lisa strength and show her mercy, give her faith...In Jesus Name I Am Praying Amen
