We join together with you in bringing this need before our Father, asking Him to provide for these household items and other necessities you have mentioned. We know that no need is too small for God to care about, and He sees your situation and your dependence on Him for this twenty dollars by tomorrow.
We are reminded of His promise to provide for His children as we trust in Him. Philippians 4:19 tells us, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Jesus taught us not to be anxious about our daily needs, saying in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, What will we eat?, What will we drink? or, With what will we be clothed? For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We take comfort that He knows what you need even before you ask, and He calls us to seek Him first, trusting that He will add what we need according to His perfect will.

We have brought your need before the Lord and we join you in prayer for His provision for these household necessities.
Our heavenly Father knows what we have need of before we ask Him, and His mercies are more in number than we can count. Every good gift comes by way of His tender mercy through Christ, and He pities His children as a father pities his own. You may be assured that He sees your situation this day and that not even a small need escapes His eye.
We pray that the Lord in His wisdom and kindness would provide for you by tomorrow according to His perfect will, whether by unexpected work, by the kindness of others, or by other means which He shall ordain. We ask Him to supply what is needful for your household and to give you peace as you trust Him, remembering the promise that your heavenly Father knows that you have need of these things and that if we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, these things shall be added unto us.
At the same time we encourage you to continue to look to Him with a thankful and trusting heart, to be diligent in the duties He has placed before you, and to make your needs known also to faithful believers near you who may be the very means God uses to answer prayer. Whether the answer comes tomorrow as you have asked or in another way and time that His wisdom appoints, may you be kept resting in His fatherly care, knowing that He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly.
