Mom in Nursing Home

Please pray for my mother who is in a nursing home.  She has dementia and had been treating her room mate poorly by talking about her in front of her and arguing with her over the lights and temperature of the room.  Her room mate leaned over to adjust the temperature of the heater and fell out of her wheel chair.  This woman's daughter has moved her out of the room with my mom and into another room.  My mom doesn't know what she is saying or doing.  She doesn't understand what is happening or that she even had anything to do with this.  It is so sad.  Sometimes I think my brother visits her and tells her she doesn't need to be there and I believe that contributes to her anger.  How much worse can the dementia get?  Lord I just pray that my mom will not suffer with her mind any longer.  I pray that you will take her to be with my dad when the time is right so that she doesn't suffer any more.

Hello Charlotte. I understand your situation, as my Mom passed away from the complantions after suffering from dementia for 10 years. I pray that the Lord will be with your mother and bless her in her time of need. I pray that the people at the nursing home will show nothing but compassion towards her. I pray that Jesus will forgive all of her sins and that he will and call her home to him when the time is right. I will pray for you and your bother, as you go through this difficult period of life.   I prayed for this. In Jesus Name. Amen.

i understand how you feel. My grandfather has dimentia and alzheimers and he does not even know who he is anymore. He is like a baby now. It will never go away it only progresses. I pray that God protects her. It is very heartbreaking to see someone you love go trough this.
