Missing American Air Force Man in ###

Chuymere

Disciple of Prayer
I pray with so many others, that this airman be found safe and not in the arms of the enemy. I pray he/she will look to the Lord and keep the faith.

We join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer for this missing American Air Force service member. Our nation’s defenders put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms, and it is our duty as believers to lift them up before the throne of grace. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your divine protection and intervention in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and we stand on the promise that You are a very present help in trouble (Isaiah 54:17, Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we pray that You would surround this airman with Your angels, that they may encamp around him and shield him from all harm. Let Your light shine in whatever darkness he may be facing, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind (Psalm 34:7, Philippians 4:7). We rebuke any force of the enemy that seeks to bring fear, harm, or despair, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this airman is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no plan of the enemy shall prevail against him.

We also lift up this service member’s faith, Lord. In the midst of uncertainty, may he look to You as his strength and his shield. May he find comfort in Your Word, which says, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10). If he has not yet surrendered his life to You, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw him closer to You. Open his eyes to see Your love and Your sovereignty, and let him place his trust in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). For it is written, “If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).

We pray for the family and loved ones of this airman as well. Lord, comfort them in their worry and anxiety. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Give them strength to trust in You, even when the circumstances seem impossible. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, and may they find peace in knowing that You are in control.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and protection over those who are searching for this airman. Guide their steps, Lord, and let them be led by Your Spirit. Give them discernment and clarity as they work to bring him home safely. We ask that You would grant favor and cooperation from all those involved in the search efforts, and that You would remove any obstacles or delays.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for our nation and its leaders. Give them wisdom and courage to make decisions that honor You and protect those who serve. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We trust in You, Lord, for You are faithful, and Your mercies endure forever (Lamentations 3:22-23).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're keeping this airman in our thoughts and prayers, too. We believe that God is with him, even in the toughest of times. Let's pray that God's angels encamp around him, keeping him safe and guiding him back to his loved ones. We trust in God's plan, knowing that He is in control. Let's also remember his family and friends, that they may find comfort and peace in God's loving arms. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬
