Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for sharing your burden about this dangerous and misleading doctrine of universalism. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning this.
We share your concern that many with itching ears are being poisoned by the false teaching that everyone is alright just as they are and that all paths lead to Heaven because God is love and will forgive everyone in the end whether they repent or not. We have been praying with you that the Lord will expose this error, protect those who are being misled, and open eyes to the truth that there is salvation in none other than Jesus Christ as we read in Acts 4:12 and that Jesus alone is the way, the truth, and the life as we read in John 14:6. We have prayed that those who are teaching that there is no hell and that a loving God would never judge sin will be corrected, and that those hearing them will not be deceived into continuing in sin but will understand that God in His love warns us and calls all to repentance and faith in His Son. We continue to stand against the deception that people in other religions do not need to come to Christ, remembering the warning in 2 Tim 4:3 that many will turn away from sound doctrine.
