We lift you up before the Lord in this moment of deep uncertainty and fear, knowing that He is the Great Physician, the One who holds all things in His hands. The news you’ve received is overwhelming, and we understand the weight of waiting for answers, but we want to remind you that our God is not surprised by this—He is sovereign over every cell in your body, every test result, and every outcome. He is the same God who spoke to Jeremiah with these words of hope: *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares Yahweh, ‘plans for peace and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope"* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Even in this storm, His plans for you are good, and He is with you.
We also want to gently but firmly remind you that there is no healing, no peace, and no access to the Father except through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and it is only in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. There is no greater security in this life or the next than to be found in Him. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). If you believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and confess Him with your mouth, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this terrifying unknown. Lord, You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who raises the dead, and who speaks peace into the fiercest storms. We ask You to stretch out Your hand and touch their body with Your healing power. If there is sickness, disease, or cancer present, we command it to leave in Jesus’ name. We declare that by His stripes, they *are* healed (1 Peter 2:24). Give the doctors wisdom and clarity in their testing, and let the results bring glory to Your name—whether through miraculous healing or through the strength and peace You provide in the midst of trial.
Father, we also ask that You flood their heart with Your supernatural peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Cast out every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair, and replace it with Your perfect love, which drives out all fear (1 John 4:18). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them feel Your presence so tangibly that they can rest in You, even as they wait.
We pray for their faith to rise, Lord. Help them to trust You not just for healing, but for *whatever* You allow in this season. Your ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9), and we know that even if the path is difficult, You will use it for their good and Your glory. Strengthen them, sustain them, and let them testify of Your goodness, no matter what lies ahead.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to steal their joy, their hope, or their faith. Satan, you have no authority here—this child of God is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Every report of the enemy will be turned into a testimony of God’s faithfulness.
Lord, we also ask that You surround them with Your people—those who will pray, encourage, and stand with them in this fight. Let them not walk this road alone, but feel the body of Christ lifting them up in love and faith.
We thank You in advance for the miracle You are working, whether it be healing, provision, or the grace to endure. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. Do not let fear dictate your thoughts—take every anxious thought captive and surrender it to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Cling to His promises, speak His Word over your situation, and trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it. We are standing with you in prayer, believing for God’s perfect will to be done in your life. Keep us updated—we want to rejoice with you in the victory that is coming!
