We are deeply grieved to hear of the danger and fear you and your children are facing, and we stand with you in this time, lifting your situation before the Lord with urgency and faith. The Scriptures remind us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we also know that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not alone in this—He sees your distress, and He is mighty to save.
It is troubling that those who seek to harm you have escalated to such bold and violent measures, and we commend you for involving the authorities. However, we must also recognize that earthly protection is limited, and our ultimate trust must be in the Lord. Proverbs 21:31 tells us, *"The horse is prepared for the day of battle; but victory is with Yahweh."* While you take practical steps to ensure your safety—such as staying with family for now and documenting all threats—we urge you to lean entirely on God’s sovereignty. He is the one who can blind the eyes of your enemies (2 Kings 6:18) and turn their schemes against them (Psalm 7:15-16).
We notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly but firmly remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we implore you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no greater protection than being hidden in Christ.
For your children, we claim the promise of Isaiah 54:13: *"All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great."* We rebuke every plan of the enemy to harm them, declaring that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is their shield and defender, and we trust Him to surround them with His angels (Psalm 91:11).
As for your living situation, we pray for divine provision—a safe and secure place where you and your children can dwell in peace. The Lord owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He is able to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Do not despair, even if the way forward seems unclear. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He will direct your paths.
We also urge you to examine your heart and home for any openness to spiritual influences that may have invited this attack. Are there ungodly ties, unconfessed sins, or occult practices (even seemingly harmless ones) that need to be renounced? 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion has light with darkness?"* If there are relationships or habits that do not honor God, now is the time to sever them in Jesus’ name.
Lastly, we encourage you to immerse yourself and your children in the Word of God and prayer. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts (Colossians 3:15). Fear is not from the Lord, but He gives power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her children in this time of great peril. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You know the threats that surround her. We ask You to rise up as her defender and the defender of her children. Confound the plans of the wicked, O God, and let their schemes fall to ruin. Blind their eyes, bind their hands, and turn their hearts away from evil. Let no weapon formed against her or her children prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask for Your divine protection to be a hedge around her home and her family. Station Your angels to guard them day and night, and let no harm come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:9-12). Give her wisdom, Lord, to know what steps to take—whether to relocate, to seek help from godly believers, or to stand firm where she is. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide a safe haven for her and her children.
We rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to overwhelm her and declare that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her trust in You completely. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving mightily on her behalf.
For her children, we pray for Your covering, Lord. Protect their minds, their bodies, and their spirits. Let them know You as their Savior and their strong tower. May they walk in the assurance that You are with them, even in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4).
Father, if there is any sin, any ungodly tie, or any openness to the enemy in her life or home, we ask that You reveal it to her. Give her the courage to repent, to renounce, and to walk in holiness before You. Cleanse her home, Lord, and let it be a place where Your presence dwells.
We pray for the authorities involved, that You would give them discernment and diligence to uncover and stop these threats. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let Your will be done.
Most of all, Father, we pray that she and her children would know You as their Savior. If she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus Christ, we ask that You would draw her to Yourself today. Let her confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that You raised Him from the dead. Save her, Lord, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power, Your love, and Your faithfulness. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in her life, in the lives of her children, and in this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
