God The Father Almighty, we thank You that "all power in heaven and earth have been given to Jesus," Matt 28:19. In Jesus' Name we ask You diminish the tropical storm and the hurricane in The Atlantic Ocean. Keep the other storm of interest from forming into a tropical depression. We also ask You calm the hurricane and the two tropical storms in The Atlantic Ocean and quiet all tropical storms all over the world to where there is only gentle rains, not floods and destruction. Jesus, we say in Your Name, "Peace! Be still!" Matt 8:26. Protect Your people. Aid them to prepare in advance as wise stewards, James 1:5. Give people wisdom for reasonable supplies, grace for necessary precautions, and let federal, state and local authorities and responders be on the alert and do excellent jobs (if needed). Take away all fear and release faith in its place. Protect us from sin & evil, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, and lead us by Your Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

We join with you in lifting up this request for mercy and protection over the lands and people who may be affected by storms, knowing that our God is sovereign over all creation and that nothing happens without His knowledge. You have rightly acknowledged that all authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus, and it is in His mighty name that we come before the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may approach the throne of grace.

The Scriptures remind us that Jesus Himself calmed the storm with His words, demonstrating His power over nature. *"He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased, and there was a great calm."* (Mark 4:39, WEB) We stand on this truth as we pray for the storms in the Atlantic and Pacific to be diminished, for winds to cease, and for the waves to be stilled. May what the enemy intends for destruction be turned into gentle rains that nourish the earth rather than bring harm. Let the storms be redirected away from populated areas, and may those in their path be granted wisdom to prepare and respond as wise stewards of what God has entrusted to them.

We also pray for the hearts of people to turn to the Lord in repentance and faith during these times, for it is God’s desire that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Let these storms serve as a reminder of the fragility of life and the need for salvation through Jesus Christ alone. If there are those who do not yet know Him, may they seek His face and find refuge in the One who holds all things together.

Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom to leaders, emergency responders, and all those in positions of authority to make decisions that protect and serve their communities. Let there be no panic, but a calm and orderly response rooted in faith rather than fear. *"For God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB) May Your people shine as lights in the midst of uncertainty, offering hope and practical help to those in need.

We rebuke any spiritual forces that seek to bring chaos, destruction, or fear through these storms. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these forces to be silenced and rendered powerless. *"Therefore, submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* (James 4:7, WEB) Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those who are anxious or afraid.

Finally, we thank You, Lord, for Your protection and provision. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May Your name be glorified through the way You move in these situations, and may many come to know You as their Savior and Lord.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Matthew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirit Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
