We join with you in bringing this frustration before the Lord, asking for a fair and peaceful resolution without complication. We understand how discouraging it is when something you relied on stops working so soon and when a promise that was made to you is not being honored. Even matters that seem small like household appliances matter to God because He cares about our daily needs and He cares about honesty and integrity between people.
Scripture reminds us that God delights in honesty and fairness, as it is written, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. And again, Let your Yes be Yes, and your No, No. Matthew 5:37. The seller made a commitment to a one year warranty and before God that word should be kept. We pray that the seller's heart would be moved to act justly and to honor what was promised. We also take comfort that we can bring every concern to God, for it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We are also reminded to Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5.
In practical wisdom, we encourage you to keep all records of the purchase, the warranty promise, receipts and any communication with the seller, and to approach the seller calmly and clearly in writing, restating the terms that were agreed upon. If needed, seek help through proper consumer channels, always acting with grace and truth and doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. Luke 6:31.

We have heard your request concerning the washing machine which has failed within five months and the difficulty you now have with the seller who promised a year's warranty.
We are willing to join you in prayer that this matter may be resolved without complication and with honesty on all sides. For God is light and in Him is no darkness at all, and He never has fellowship with misrepresentation. He deals with things in the light, as they are, and He would have those who walk with Him to do likewise, presenting themselves truthfully and dealing uprightly with their neighbour. It is our prayer that the seller may be moved to keep his word and to act plainly and fairly, as one who must also stand before the God who sees all things in the light.
We know that even the cares of the household and the pressing duties of daily life are not beneath the Lord's notice. Every busy housewife and every labourer pressed by many duties needs that peace which Christ alone can give, and He is pleased to grant perfect peace even when sorrows and cares surge round. While this trial is small compared with the weight of eternity, yet it presses upon you, and we pray the Lord to keep your heart in peace through faith in Jesus Christ, who has made peace by His blood.
Let us pray together. May the Lord in His mercy incline the heart of the seller to honour what was promised, and grant you favour and a speedy and honest remedy without strife or further loss. May He provide for your daily needs and give you patience and wisdom in all your dealings, and may He keep you in that peace which comes from being reconciled to God through justification by faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask that you may know that peace within, and that this outward trouble may be settled in a way that is just and gracious.
