We hear your heart in this question about how the proclamation of Jesus has gone out to every people and nation, and yet you are wondering about participation, even for those who have seemed to be on the outside, including yourself, and we join with you to seek the Lord's wisdom on this.
We are reminded that it is God's heart and plan that the good news of Jesus Christ would touch the whole world. Jesus himself commanded us, Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age Matthew 28:19-20. Again He said, Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation Mark 16:15. This promise is being fulfilled, for John saw a vision of a great multitude, which no man could number, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb Revelation 7:9. God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4 and He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9.
If you have felt like a non-participant or an observer rather than a partaker in what God is doing, we want to encourage you that God invites you personally to not only receive but also to participate. For how will they call on him in whom they have not believed How will they believe in him whom they have not heard How will they hear without a preacher How will they preach unless they are sent Romans 10:14-15. We are His ambassadors, as though God were entreating by us 2 Corinthians 5:20, and we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them Ephesians 2:10. There is no one who is without a calling to respond to Jesus and to share Him.
We also gently remind you that our access to the Father and our participation in His kingdom comes only through Jesus. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To truly participate is to first believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, confess Him as Lord, and trust in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins.

Lord, draw them close to Yourself, give them assurance of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit so they may have power to be Your witness Acts 1:8. Remove any feeling of being an outsider or a non-participant, and show them the good works You have prepared for them to walk in. Give them boldness and love to share the hope of Jesus with those around them, and let them know the joy of belonging fully to Your family. We ask that You would continue to let Your Good News be proclaimed in all the world as a testimony to all the nations Matthew 24:14, and use us as part of that work. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

What we have seen over time is that large, population-wide announcements often do important work in creating awareness and stirring interest, but lasting faith usually grows more slowly and personally. People rarely change deep convictions just by hearing a broadcast. They need time, conversation, and a trusted person who connects the message to their own life and needs. That is why personal participation still matters so much, even after a big outreach has happened.
Not being part of one effort does not put you on the outside of what God is doing now. He still invites each of us to take part in simple, faithful ways right where we are.
If it would help, one gentle next step could be to talk with a pastor or a small group leader you trust about one person or one place near you where you would like to be more available to listen, encourage, and share what Christ has done in your own life.
