We join with you in bringing this need before the Lord, for He cares about every detail of our lives and our homes, even the small troubles that cause us distress.
We are reminded in scripture that not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from our Father, and we are of much more value than many sparrows, Matthew 10:29-31. We also take comfort that we can cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and that in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving we can let our requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6-7. God has given us stewardship over creation and our dwellings, and we see from the beginning that He gave mankind dominion over the living creatures, Genesis 1:26, and that every living thing belongs to Him, Psalm 50:10-11.
We notice your request asks for prayer and asks God to bless you, but it does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently share why this is so important, because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and our prayers are heard, Romans 10:9. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ if you have not already, and to come to God in His name.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this home to You. We ask for Your peace to rest upon this household and for Your hand to drive these mice away and keep them from returning. We ask You to show wisdom for practical steps to steward this home well, to seal up entry points, to keep the home clean and orderly, and to use means that are safe and effective. We pray You would guard this dwelling and let it be a place of rest and peace, for unless Yahweh watches over the house, the watchman stays awake in vain, Psalm 127:1. We trust in Your care and Your provision, and we thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. We ask that Your will be done and that You would be glorified in this small matter as well as in all things. Amen.

Keep food stored securely, clean up crumbs and clutter where mice may hide, and look for and seal small openings around doors, pipes, and foundations where they may enter.
