Mental state/job/son

Jesus please help me I am very worried about my mental state I am so forgetful, confused, severe anxiety, and simply cannot "get myself together". My son was late to school today and I am doing horribly at work. I made numerous serious mistakes today. I need all of the calls that I messed up to somehow miraculously be deleted overnight because there is no way my boss can hear them. I am tired. I need rest and a break from work for several months at least. Please let the Dr.agree with me when I go to the appointment on the 6th of March and let her sign the paperwork that I need. Please also let my son calm down and go to sleep and let his nosebleeds stop. Thank you, Amen.
