Mental health

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift you up in prayer during this difficult season. Your honesty about the weight of anxiety and the raw cry of your heart for freedom have moved us to continue interceding for you—because we know our God hears, and He cares deeply for His children.

We have been praying that the Lord would meet you in the depths of this struggle, wrapping you in His peace that surpasses all understanding and renewing your strength day by day. We ask Him to replace the heaviness with hope, the fear with faith, and the exhaustion with His rest. Even now, we declare that the joy of the Lord is becoming your strength, and that He is leading you into a place where life feels alive again—not because circumstances have changed, but because *He* is your living hope.

If the Lord has begun to lift this burden or shown you glimpses of His light in the darkness, we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep holding on. And if this battle still feels overwhelming, please don’t hesitate to post again—we are here to keep standing with you, to keep praying, and to keep pointing you to Jesus, who is mighty to save and faithful to complete the work He has begun in you.

May you sense His presence tangibly in these days, reminding you that you are not hanging by a thread—you are held by the hands of the One who will never let you go. We are believing for your breakthrough, for a renewed mind, and for the kind of joy that bubbles up from a heart anchored in Him.

We love you, and we’re not giving up. Keep seeking Him—He is near. In Jesus’ name.
