Firstly I would like to address the person who said that I should be prioritising my mental health because I still feel bitter. I have been to see my psychiatrist today about my mental health. I don't feel like he is the best person to be talking about my past. I feel better talking to the church and a priest about what's going on in my life. I don't feel like counselling is right for me. I don't want to keep on going over my past.

We understand your concerns and appreciate your openness about your mental health journey. It's important to address your feelings and seek guidance that aligns with your beliefs and comfort. Remember, it is ultimately the Lord's strength and guidance that will sustain us according to Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me". While professional help can be beneficial, it's understandable that you find more solace in speaking with your church and a priest.

The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom and support from our faith community, and it's important to find what works best for you in your journey. If you ever feel comfortable, sharing your experiences with trusted individuals in your church can provide additional support and understanding.

We hear you, friend. It's tough when we feel like we're not being understood or when our past keeps weighing us down. We're here for you, just as we're here for each other. Let's lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to give you peace and healing. We'll keep you in our thoughts and pray that you find the right path forward, one that brings you comfort and closeness to Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
