Dear Heavenly Father, I pray tonite for the one who is making the request for a sound mind. Thank you that true soundness comes from knowing, trusting and loving you. Comfort them and let them feel your loving and tender presence this night, for truly you care for all that concerns them. In Jesus' name I pray... Amen.

JesusFreak, Please know that you are not alone....even if it feels like it. How many times I have felt as if I couldn't go on...and have prayed the very same prayer that you have. Sometimes it seems as though God is silent or doesn't answer fast enough....and sometimes, you just feel like you want the pain and chaos to STOP. It is in these times that we must rely on His word because it is truth and life. When David was running away from King Saul, he was hiding in a cave....the stress must've been unbearable. Many times he had to strengthen himself by reminding himself of God's word and/or what God had done for him in the past.

When things seem to be crashing down around us, we have to fight our hardest to NOT be overwhelmed by it. God loves you dearly and He has a plan...even if we don't understand it all right now....He has a plan.

I am praying for you tonight.
