Menstrual cycle/period

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
Healthy digestion.
No bloating.
Normalization of period (menopause). No coming and going of a period. No traces of period. Either menstrual cycle to stop or to continue. I am ###. Amen

We join with you in prayer for your body and for peace during this season of transition, and we bring your requests before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.

We understand the discomfort and uncertainty that can come with changes in digestion, bloating, and the irregularity of the menstrual cycle during menopause. God wonderfully designed your body, and He cares about every detail of your health and well-being. As it is written, You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works Psalm 139:14, and we are reminded that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

We pray for His healing touch and for normalization and balance in your body according to His perfect will.

We pray together, Father, we lift up our sister to You and thank You for her life and for the body You have given her. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would grant her healthy digestion and relief from all bloating and discomfort. We ask that You would bring order and normalization to her menstrual cycle. You know the coming and going and the traces she has described, and we ask for Your mercy to bring this to a clear resolution, either to a peaceful and complete cessation as in menopause or to a healthy and regular continuation, as You in Your wisdom see best for her health. Take away anxiety and grant her peace and rest. We pray that You will heal her, for You have said, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. Grant wisdom to her and to any doctors she consults, and help her to steward her body well with nourishing food, rest, and care. Let her cast her cares upon You, for we know we should in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Strengthen her and remind her that You are with her, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We want to encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with your body and this season of life. Menopause is a natural part of the life God has ordained for women, and though it can bring physical challenges, He remains faithful and near. Continue to seek Him in prayer, care for your body as His temple, and do not hesitate to seek godly and wise medical counsel to support your health alongside prayer.

We noticed your request concluded with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and made right with God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and to bring every prayer to God in His precious name.

We stand with you for complete health, peace, and clarity in your body, trusting God's good will for you, and we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We have been holding you in prayer as you shared this. Living with ongoing bloating and digestive discomfort is wearing, and the uncertainty of a period that comes and goes without settling can leave you feeling unsettled and tired. Wanting clarity, either for it to stop completely or to become steady again without traces, is completely understandable.

The years around menopause can often be irregular for many women, and that unpredictability itself can be distressing. While we continue to pray for your comfort and peace, we gently encourage you to also bring these concerns to a trusted medical professional, like your primary care doctor or gynecologist, alongside prayer. They can listen well, review what you have been experiencing, and talk through what support might be helpful. It can be useful to note when bleeding or bloating occurs to share at the visit.

You are not alone in this and we care about your wellbeing. We are asking God to give you wisdom and steady care in the days ahead.

Father, we lift our sister to You today and ask for Your gentle care over her body. Ease the bloating and digestive strain she feels, bring clarity and steadiness to her cycle, and give wisdom to her and to any clinicians she sees. Grant her rest, peace, and the comfort of knowing You are near. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord with prayerful care, and we have asked Him to look upon you with mercy in this season of bodily trial.

We have prayed that the Lord, who is the great Physician and the Tree of Life to His people, would grant you healthy digestion and relief from bloating, and would bring order and peace to your body in this time of change. We have asked that He would normalize what has been irregular, that the coming and going and lingering traces would cease, and that He would in His wisdom either cause this cycle to settle into a regular course or to cease altogether according to what is best for your health and strength. We pray for settled health, for comfort in your body, and for wisdom for any physicians whose counsel you seek, for the Lord often works His healing through appointed means.

We are reminded that in Christ there is an abundance of healing power, not only for the soul but for the whole person. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even the leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing. There is one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and one great Physician who lays His hands upon His people and restores them. We have prayed that you would know His healing virtue keeping you day by day, and that you would be sustained until that glory life begins where all sickness is done away. As we are taught, oftentimes the health of the body and the health of the soul are linked together, and pardon and healing flow from the same pierced hand. When Jesus said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, He showed that forgiveness is the first and greatest healing.

Therefore above all we pray for the health of your soul, that you would know full forgiveness through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other. If you believe on Him, His hand is already grasping yours, His health flows into you, and you are on your way to eternal health where you shall be without spot or wrinkle. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would to a physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Cast this burden upon Him, and seek to be in health as well as in life, finding your comfort in Him whether He grants immediate relief or teaches you to wait upon His perfect timing.

May the Lord grant you quietness of spirit, strength for each day, and a settled confidence that He does all things well. We leave you in His gracious hands, trusting His love to do what is right. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing this personal and sensitive request so openly. God sees the body He formed and He cares about every part of your suffering, including what is hidden and often not spoken about. Scripture teaches that we are fearfully and wonderfully made and that our bodies are not forgotten by Him in our times of discomfort and change.

I join you in prayer before the Lord who is our healer and our comfort.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this daughter to You. You know her body, her age and every detail of her health. I ask You to grant her healthy digestion and relief from bloating and discomfort. Bring peace and balance to her body during this time of change. If it is Your will, bring a clear and peaceful normalization, either a gentle and complete ceasing of the cycle without lingering traces, or a regular and healthy cycle, according to what is best for her health. Take away anxiety and give her rest, strength and daily grace. Guide her with wisdom to care for her body well and to receive good counsel and care when needed, and let her know Your nearness and love through Christ.

May the Lord give you peace as you wait on Him and trust His goodness. Continue to bring every need to Him in prayer, for He hears and He is faithful. I will keep praying that God grants you health, comfort and settled peace in your body.

Thank you for sharing this very personal request. I have prayed for you, asking the Lord to bring peace to your body and to ease the discomfort you are experiencing with digestion, bloating, and the uncertainty of this change in your monthly cycle.

It is understandable to feel frustrated when the body seems to move in an unpredictable cycle, one month one way and the next another, with no clear pattern. Scripture speaks about how life itself can feel like endless cycles, the same things coming around again and again, and how weary that can make us feel. The good news of Jesus Christ is that He enters into that cycle with us. He does not stand far off from our weariness, but comes near to bring hope and rest.

The Bible shows Jesus healing many kinds of sickness and infirmity. He touched the leper, He healed the servant of the centurion with only a word from a distance, He lifted Peter's mother in law from her fever, and in the evenings many who were sick and afflicted were brought to Him and He healed them. Matthew connects this to the prophecy in Isaiah chapter 53 verse 4, that He Himself bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. When we take communion we remember that His body was broken for us, and that His suffering covers both our spiritual need for forgiveness and our physical frailty. He has power in every realm, over the body, over the natural world, and over spiritual powers.

At the same time, there is much about healing that we do not fully understand. Sometimes Jesus healed instantly with a touch, sometimes with only a spoken word, and once He healed gradually in stages. There is no single pattern He is bound to. All healing is from God, whether it comes in a moment or through a slower, natural process. The processes He built into our bodies for digestion and for restoration are themselves divine, because He created nature and the ways our bodies mend and regulate themselves.

I believe God is able to heal today, and we should bring every need to Him in faith. Faith is simply trusting that He can do it and releasing that trust to Him, like those who reached out to touch the hem of His garment. Yet we also know from Scripture that we cannot presume He will answer every prayer for healing in the exact way or timing we desire. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his own thorn in the flesh to be removed, and the Lord did not remove it as Paul asked. Not everyone is healed as we hope, and when healing does not come at once it is wrong to say it must be because of sin or because of a lack of faith. God hears, God loves, and His wisdom is greater than ours.

So I am praying for you specifically, that the Lord would grant you healthy digestion without bloating, and that He would bring your cycle to a settled and peaceful normalization in this season of menopause, whether that means a gentle and complete cessation or a regular and calm continuation, without the coming and going and spotting that has been distressing. I ask Him to give you comfort, strength, and assurance that you are cared for, and to guide you with wisdom as you care for your body, including the help of good medical counsel which He also provides for our good.

May the Lord grant you relief, steady health, and the quiet confidence that He bears your infirmities with compassion and will walk with you through this season.
