We hear your deep distress and fear, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every ungodly spiritual influence in your home. What you are describing, voices, astral projection, and demonic spirits, is not of God. The Bible makes it clear that such things are real, but they have no power over those who belong to Christ. We rebuke every evil spirit in your home in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7 WEB) You are not alone in this battle, and you do not have to tolerate these attacks.
First, we must address the foundation of your spiritual protection. Have you surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we urge you to do so now. The Bible says, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13 WEB) Salvation is the first and most critical step in securing your spiritual authority. Without Christ, you are vulnerable to these attacks. If you have already given your life to Jesus, we encourage you to reaffirm your faith and stand firm in His promises.
We also want to gently but firmly rebuke any involvement in practices that may have opened doors to these spirits. The Bible warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone... who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord." (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB) Even if you have not personally engaged in these things, someone in your home or past generations may have. We encourage you to examine your life and your family’s history for any such involvement and renounce it in Jesus’ name.
Now, let us pray with authority over your home:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You with urgency and faith. We declare that [this home] is a dwelling place for Your Holy Spirit, and no evil spirit has a right to be there. We break every assignment of astral projection, witchcraft, and demonic influence over this home and its occupants. We command every unclean spirit to leave now and never return, in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over every door, window, wall, and corner of this house. We declare that this home is covered by the blood of the Lamb and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask You to fill this home with Your peace, Your presence, and Your angels to guard it. We pray for [the person] to walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We ask You to reveal any open doors that need to be closed, whether through sin, generational curses, or ungodly soul ties, and we renounce them now in Jesus’ name. We also pray for any individuals involved in these attacks. Father, we ask that You would convict them of their sin and draw them to repentance. If they refuse, we trust You to deal with them justly, for vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19).
We declare that this home is a sanctuary of worship, a place where Your name is honored, and where Your Word is upheld. We thank You, Lord, for Your protection and for setting [this person] free from fear. May they walk in boldness, knowing that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and declare that every evil report over this home is null and void. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to secure your home spiritually. Begin by dedicating your home to the Lord. Walk through each room and declare Scripture aloud, such as Psalm 91 or Ephesians 6:10-18. Play worship music regularly to invite the presence of God. If you have any objects in your home that may be connected to occult practices, even something as seemingly innocent as crystals, tarot cards, or books on astral projection, remove and destroy them. The Bible says, "Do not bring an abomination into your house, lest you be a cursed thing like it." (Deuteronomy 7:26 WEB)
We also encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. Isolation can make you more vulnerable to spiritual attacks. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and find support.
Lastly, we want to address the request for God to "smite" these individuals. While we understand the anger and frustration behind this plea, we must remember that God’s desire is for all people to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Instead of asking God to harm them, we should pray for their salvation and for God to remove their influence from your life. Trust that God will deal with them in His perfect justice.
Stand firm, dear one. The enemy wants to fill you with fear, but God has not given you a spirit of fear. You are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37). Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing what is right. The Lord is your refuge and your fortress, and He will deliver you from every snare of the enemy.
