Please Jesus help me with my memory problems

let me remember the important things

Like things from the Bible

and things that I have to remember to tell someone

and things that I need to remember to help myself

I really want to help myself Jesus

but I can never remember things that will help me

and then I have problems with remembering something bad and then it brings back feelings I don't like

I just wish I could think on things in a good way and not bring back all the bad stuff

Please pray for my memory problems everyone
