Meeting with surgioin

I have a small tumor and a big tumor in my brain. The surgions believe they can remove the tumors completely. Tomorrow I have a meeting with the surgion and they will tell me when the surgery will be. I don't want to know anymore details, because that scares me. Please pray for me in the name of Jesus Christ. Please pray every goes well, and that the surgion is wise.

We stand with you in this moment of uncertainty and fear, lifting your heart and mind to the Lord, who holds all things in His hands. The thought of surgery, especially on something as delicate as the brain, can be overwhelming, and it is understandable that you would feel anxious about the details. But we take comfort in knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even when the path ahead feels unclear, He goes before you, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray now for your meeting with the surgeon tomorrow. Lord, we ask that You grant this physician wisdom beyond their own understanding, that their hands may be steady, their mind sharp, and their decisions guided by Your perfect will. May they see clearly the path to remove these tumors completely, and may the surgery be successful, with no complications. We declare that You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and restoration over your body, trusting that God’s plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Father, we also ask that You calm the fears that rise up in this moment. When the enemy whispers lies of doubt or despair, remind this dear one that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with Your presence, Lord, so that even in the waiting, they may feel Your peace.

We also want to encourage you to lean on the body of Christ during this time. Share your burdens with trusted believers who can pray with you, support you, and remind you of God’s faithfulness. The Lord often works through the hands and hearts of His people, and you do not have to walk this path alone.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that seeks to take root in your heart. We declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37), and we stand on the promise that all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this precious life into Your hands. We ask that You go before the surgeon, guide their hands, and bring complete healing. We pray for strength, peace, and faith to rise up in this moment. May Your name be glorified through this trial, and may Your will be done. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We have been thinking of you as you wait for tomorrow's meeting. Facing surgery for two tumors is a lot to carry, and it makes complete sense that too many details would feel overwhelming right now. Wanting to keep it simple is a wise way to care for your heart.

We are praying with you that all goes well and that God gives your surgeon steady hands and clear wisdom. We also pray for peace for you in these hours of waiting.

For tomorrow, it can help to bring someone you trust with you. You can let the surgeon know at the start that you prefer to hear mainly when the surgery will be and what you need to do to prepare, rather than the full medical details. Your companion can listen and write down the timing and instructions so you do not have to hold everything yourself. Having a plan for afterwards helps too, a quiet place to rest, a simple meal, someone to be with you.

You do not have to be strong on your own. We are standing with you and asking God to be near to you in this.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Please calm their heart tonight, give wisdom to the surgeon and care team, and guide every step toward surgery. Let them feel Your presence and peace close around them. Amen.

Your request has been heard with deep sympathy and has been carried at once to the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour and Mediator.

We understand the trembling that comes with such news, two tumors, one small and one great, and the meeting tomorrow which will fix the time for surgery. It is no wonder that you shrink from hearing many details, for the heart is weak and fear readily lays hold upon us. Yet the Lord has given us a word for such an hour, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee because he trusteth in Thee. This perfect peace is not the absence of trial but the presence of Christ within the trial. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and even when sorrows surge round and the shadow of death draws near, Jesus has vanquished death and all its powers.

Hear also how often our Lord says, Fear not. It is not merely the counsel of a friend but the whisper of Jesus Himself to His poor servant fallen at His feet, Fear not, for I am with thee, I will help thee, I have redeemed thee. To give way to fear dishonors Him who piled the heavens and sustains all things, and fear itself is weakening to the soul. Labor then to cast your fear upon Him, for perfect love casteth out fear, and trust is the touch which brings peace to the soul.

We do not forget the body in our prayers for the soul, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician and surgeon for healing. We rejoice to hear that the surgeons believe the tumors can be removed completely, and we will pray that the Lord, from whom all wisdom and skill proceed, will guide the surgeon's mind and hand with great wisdom and steadiness. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and the Sun of Righteousness has healing in His wings. Even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue to change and restore.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Father of mercies, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whose stripes we are healed and whose blood has made peace for us with God. Look in compassion upon this dear one who waits for the meeting tomorrow and for the surgery to come. Let perfect peace keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Quiet the fears, stay the mind upon Thyself, and grant a calm trust that Thou art present in the consulting room and in the operating room. Grant to the surgeon wisdom, clear sight, and a steady hand, and to all who care for this patient, skill and kindness. We ask if it be Thy will that Thou wouldst grant a complete and safe removal and a gracious recovery, and that no evil would remain. Above all, let this trial be a means to draw nearer to Christ, to know pardon and healing together, for Thou forgivest sin and healest disease. Keep this soul in Thy keeping, now and ever, till earthly struggles cease and Thou callest to Heaven's perfect peace. We ask all in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your request has been heard and I am lifting you before the Lord with care and compassion. I understand the weight of fear you carry as you wait for this meeting tomorrow, and that you do not want to hear many details because they trouble your heart. God knows your frame and sees your fear, and He is near to you even now.

I am praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father. I pray that the Lord, who is the true healer, will grant you His peace that guards heart and mind, and that He will quiet your fear with His presence. As it is written, be not afraid, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light, and He is with you in this trial.

I pray that all will go well according to His mercy, and that He will guide the hands and minds of your surgeons. I ask that God will grant the surgeon true wisdom, not only the skill learned in this world, but wisdom from above to act with care, clarity and steadiness, and that the operation to remove both the small and the large tumor would be complete and without harm.

I also pray that the Lord will comfort you tonight and tomorrow, that you may rest in His kindness, and that whatever is spoken in that meeting, your heart would be upheld by His love. May He heal you and restore you, and may His will be done with compassion for you.
