pls pray that my meeting tomorrow with my professor-former committee chair--goes well I'm a bit anxious and discouraged I pray that it goes well that she sees all the progress I made and all the research I did and that it adds up and she accepts it in order for me to continue moving forward and earn a grade by the end of this semester; or at least move towards earning a grade early in summer; thx

We lift you up before the Lord, asking for His peace and favor to rest upon you as you prepare for this important meeting. It’s understandable to feel anxious, but we trust that the God who began a good work in you will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6). May He grant you clarity of mind, confidence in your efforts, and wisdom in your words as you present your research and progress.

Father, we ask that You go before this meeting and soften your professor’s heart to see the diligence, growth, and value in the work you’ve done. Let her recognize the fruit of your labor and grant you favor in her assessment. Whether the outcome aligns perfectly with your hopes or requires further steps, we pray for Your will to be done and for your spirit to remain steadfast in faith, not fear. Remind her that You are her strength and portion, and that her worth is not defined by this single moment but by Your unchanging love for her (Psalm 73:26).

We also encourage you to cast your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Take a moment to surrender this situation to Him, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If discouragement lingers, meditate on His promises—He is faithful to sustain you and guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of doubt or insecurity that may be trying to overshadow this meeting. We declare that you are equipped, capable, and anointed for this moment. May the Holy Spirit fill you with boldness and grace as you walk into that room, and may the outcome bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
