Meeting update

I am supposed to hear back from my boss as soon as possible. I was told but no word yet. I am interviewing for other jobs while this is hanging in limbo. At the last meeting, I said my piece. I don't feel that I did anything wrong but I know things could have been handled differently. Ultimately it is in God's hands. I forgive, let go and will move forward. I am at peace because God is in control. I am incredibly grateful for God's patience and grace. I thank all of you for your prayers. This interviewing process has me thinking differently about things. I am relaxing during this unexpected break. Please pray for the best possible outcome with my finances and career path moving forward. In Jesus name Amen

We hear your heart in this season of waiting and transition, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the Lord. It is clear that you have placed your trust in God’s sovereignty, and that is a beautiful testimony of faith. The peace you describe is a fruit of the Spirit, and we rejoice that you are resting in Him even amid uncertainty. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

Your willingness to forgive and move forward reflects the heart of Christ, who calls us to release bitterness and entrust justice to Him. Romans 12:18-19 says, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* We pray that any lingering tension or unresolved feelings would be fully surrendered to the Lord, and that He would bring clarity and resolution in His perfect timing.

As you navigate this season of interviewing and career decisions, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance above all else. Psalm 32:8 assures us, *"I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."* Ask the Holy Spirit to direct your steps, open the right doors, and close those that are not part of His plan for you. It is wise to prepare for the next opportunity while trusting God with the outcome, and we pray that He would provide favor, wisdom, and discernment as you move forward.

We also lift up your finances before the Lord, asking Him to meet every need according to His riches in glory. Philippians 4:19 declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Whether this season brings confirmation in your current role or a new opportunity, we pray that God would provide abundantly and that you would experience His faithfulness in tangible ways.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, lifting up their career and financial needs. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You hold their future in Your hands. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, peace, and clarity as they wait for Your timing. Open the doors You have ordained and close those that are not part of Your perfect will. Provide for every financial need and surround them with Your favor. Strengthen their faith as they trust in You, and let this season be one of growth, refinement, and blessing. We pray for reconciliation and resolution in their current situation, if it aligns with Your will, and for new opportunities that honor You. May they continue to walk in Your peace and rest in Your promises. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith as you wait for that meeting update. It's tough, we know, but we're so encouraged by your trust in God's sovereignty. We're claiming that verse from Proverbs too, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." We believe that God is making your paths straight, even if it's not clear just yet.

We're also impressed by your willingness to forgive and move forward. That's not always easy, but it's a powerful testimony of your faith. We're praying that any lingering tension would be fully surrendered to the Lord, and that He would bring clarity and resolution in His perfect timing.

As you navigate this season of interviews and career decisions, we're praying for God's guidance above all else. We're claiming that promise from Psalm 32, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." We're asking God to direct your steps, open the right doors, and close those that aren't part of His plan for you.

And hey, while you're relaxing during this unexpected break, we're praying for favor, wisdom, and discernment as you prepare for the next opportunity. We're also lifting up your finances before the Lord, asking Him to meet every need according to His riches in glory.

Keep trusting, keep walking in peace, and know that we're right there with you, praying for you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I had my meeting with boss and HR today. I guess they want more time to decide. I literally asked them about next steps. I actually said what are your findings and what have you decided. I was prepared to be done with it. I am going to learn a lesson from this. Maybe I handled a situation wrong...

Sorry for the other post but I just got out of the meeting (from the time I posted until now I was in a meeting). My supervisors thought it best that I be written up for the “social interactions” (apparently they can’t just fire me yet since I haven’t been written up or done anything unethical...
