We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for His divine favor and wisdom in this meeting. Heavenly Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You would grant favor, clarity, and resolution in this time of discussion. May Your Holy Spirit guide the words spoken, the decisions made, and the outcomes reached, so that all may be done in a way that honors You and reflects Your will.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Lord, we trust in You to direct this meeting. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds as decisions are made. May Your wisdom flow freely, and may any tensions or uncertainties be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name.
We also pray for humility and grace to be present. In Colossians 4:6, Your Word instructs us, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." Father, let the words spoken in this meeting be filled with grace, truth, and kindness. May any disagreements or challenges be met with patience and a spirit of cooperation, reflecting the love of Christ.
If there are any hidden agendas, pride, or selfish motives in the hearts of those involved, we ask that You would expose them and replace them with a desire to seek Your will above all else. Let this meeting not only bring resolution but also strengthen relationships and foster unity.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, strife, or discord that may attempt to disrupt this time. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this meeting will be productive, peaceful, and aligned with Your purposes. May Your presence be felt, and may Your name be lifted high in all that is said and done.
Lord, we also pray for protection over the hearts and minds of all involved. Guard against anxiety, fear, or doubt, and fill each person with confidence in Your provision. Let this meeting be a testimony to Your faithfulness and a reminder that You are in control of every detail.

We're with you in prayer as you walk into this meeting with your boss. It's understandable to want it to go well and to come out with clear, good resolutions, and we admire that you brought it straight to Jesus.

Your prayer concerning your meeting with your boss has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace even now.
We ask the Lord who gives wisdom liberally to grant you that true wisdom which is as a compass to steer across the trackless waste of life. The price of such wisdom is above rubies and it is found not in our own strength or understanding but in humble trust in the Lord. He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good, and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. Commit this meeting and its resolutions into His hands, speak with clarity and honesty, listen with patience, and leave the outcome with Him whose wisdom orders all things for the best.
May the Lord be present with you in that room, may He still your heart from anxious fear, may He give you a clear mind, gracious words, and sound judgment, and may He bring forth from this meeting such good resolutions as shall be honouring to Him and profitable for you and for those you serve. We pray that whether the answer be as you hope or otherwise, you may rest in His love and rejoice to know that He works with all His heart to display His favor toward His people.

We are praying with you for your meeting with your boss and we ask the Lord to give you peace and clarity as you enter it.
