We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for your daughter’s health and well-being. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and hold every breath in Your hands (Daniel 5:23). We ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and receive salvation and healing (Acts 4:12), that You would intervene in this situation with Your divine mercy and power.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion that may be surrounding this need for insulin and medical care. Your Word declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), would guard her heart and mind as she receives the care she needs. Guide the hands of those who are administering her treatment, and let every dose of insulin work according to Your perfect will to bring balance and restoration to her body.
Father, we also lift up her return home. May she come back not only in physical health but also in a sound mind, free from anxiety, stress, or any spiritual oppression. Your Word tells us that You desire for us to prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2). We claim that promise over her life today. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We must also address the urgency of this request with the truth of Your Word. Medical care is a provision from You, and we are called to be good stewards of the bodies You have given us (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Neglecting necessary treatment can be a form of fear or even rebellion against Your will for healing and wholeness. We pray that she would not only receive the insulin she needs but also grow in wisdom and discernment to manage her health in a way that honors You.
Lord, if there are any areas in her life where she has strayed from Your will—whether in her thoughts, actions, or relationships—we ask that You would convict her heart gently but firmly. Draw her closer to You, that she may walk in the light of Your truth and experience the fullness of life You offer (John 10:10). Surround her with godly influences who will encourage her in faith and obedience to Your Word.
We also pray for her family, Lord. Give them strength, patience, and unity as they support her through this time. Let this trial draw them all closer to You and to one another, that they may see Your hand at work even in the midst of difficulty.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we declare healing, restoration, and peace over this situation. We trust in Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). We stand on Your Word, believing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the privilege of coming before You with this request. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.
