I guess check the local laws and see if it's cleared.If it's legal, opiods and others are drugs anyway, so I guess if used within medical guidelines.

Biblical counseling with a well studied Christian Pastoral or Biblical Counselor can get to the roots of things so that there doesnt need to be drugs...

So chronic pain and ptsd stress related is wrong I definitely desire not to hell at all

If the true intent is for relief from Anxiety and other related issues, I would say Yes. If the purpose is to hide in it the way some numb with other substances, then No. CBD oil has worked effectively for my spouse with their own Anxiety and Depression related to it. You might try this. Also, seek Counseling along with MM if you choose to use. People use strong narcotics after surgery of to deal with the pain of Cancer. No one judges them. Sometimes they wean off and sometimes it's lifelong treatment. Wine is mentioned for stomach problems. Medical research suggests one beer or one glass of wine a day can benefit the heart. If you choose this ,do so in moderation for treatment and not as escape.

I would first try to see a Christian Counselor... Try to find someone trained by Westminster Theological Seminary like Paul David Tripp or Winston Smith or some other Godly Genius that knows God and Practical Theology (Christian Counseling,also called Biblical Counseling or Pastoral Counseling or Practical Theology)... The secular psycologists and psychiatrists are a mix but almost all prescribe drugs before dealing with underlying issues and using inner healing...
