We are truly sorry to hear about the medical issues you're facing, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement. We are thankful you included Jesus' name in the request and we are reminded in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we want to address the anxiety you're feeling. It's natural to be worried, but we want to remind you of what the Apostle Paul says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to cast your anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Regarding your health, we believe that God is able to heal you. In Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, it is written, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases." We pray for your healing, trusting in God's power and goodness especially knowing you are a believer in Jesus Christ. If it be God's will we will pray for a complete recovery. In James 5:14-16 WEB, we are reminded, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Make sure to seek assistance from your church elder and congregation for support.
We also want to address your concern about work. It's commendable that you're committed to your responsibilities, but remember that your health is also important as unto the Lord. Remember Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Trust that God will provide for you and guide you in this situation. We are warned in Matthew 6:25 WEB, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?"
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved ### who is facing health issues. We pray for Your healing touch on the swelling and the Lyme disease. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, and we ask for Your healing power to flow through her/his body in Jesus' name. We also pray for peace, that she/he may not be anxious about this situation. We ask for Your guidance and provision, especially concerning work. We pray that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
Lastly, we urge you to seek medical attention if you haven't already, trusting that God can use doctors and medicine as means for healing. Keep trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness.
